Privacy
We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell your data.
Who we are. This store is operated by Divine Outlooks LLC – Series A. The site is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.
What we collect. When you place an order, we collect the details needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and what you ordered. If you email us, we keep that message so we can help you.
Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under their privacy terms. We never see or store your full card number. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through our own self-hosted BTCPay Server; we receive the payment and the order details, and we do not collect extra personal information to take it.
How we use your information. Only to process and ship your order, to respond to you, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
What we do not do. We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking on this site. We share your information only with the services needed to complete your order, such as our payment processor and the shipping carrier, or where the law requires it.
Cookies. We use only the cookies the store needs to function, such as keeping items in your cart and keeping the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it. We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order and for tax and legal requirements, then we delete them.
Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep for legal or tax reasons. Email hello@divineoutlooks.com.
Terms of Sale
These terms apply to purchases made through this site.
Our products. Hopper’s Box is handmade in small batches. Small variations between units are normal and are part of the nature of a handmade object.
Prices and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept card payments through Stripe and cryptocurrency through BTCPay. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation.
Order acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Trademarks. HOPPER’S BOX and the Hopper’s Box name are trademarks used under license by Divine Outlooks LLC – Series A. Chessex and any other component brands are the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability. Our products are intended for tabletop and streaming use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your box.
Window. You may return your order within [14] days of delivery.
Condition. Returns must arrive in original condition, with all components, in the original packaging.
How to start. Email hello@divineoutlooks.com and we will walk you through it.
Return shipping. [Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.]
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Card refunds are returned through Stripe. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency, valued at the U.S. dollar purchase price at the time the refund is processed.
Damaged or defective. If your box arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [7] days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the shipping.
Shipping
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. [International shipping is not available yet.]
Build time. Because each Hopper’s Box is handmade to order, please allow [X business days] for your box to be built before it ships.
Cost and carrier. Shipping is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. Orders ship via [UPS or USPS].
Tracking. You will receive tracking information by email when your box ships.
Packaging. Your box ships in protective packaging, and the included components arrive sealed in their original packaging.
